All Classes require a membership plan or punchcard, or you can pay to drop-in.
  • Midday Movement Classes are only open for those with a membership plan, punch card, or personal training package and are considered "free" and will not deduct a visit from your plan or punch card.
Enroll in class:
  • Please try and sign up ahead of time (recommend at least 4 hours prior to the class start time) - if no one is enrolled the instructor reserves the right to cancel the class
  • If you cannot make it to a class you enrolled in, please remove yourself from the class.
  • Check the class description for equipment needed (and ideas on how to make equipment out of things you already have)
  • Make sure you have the Zoom app downloaded to your phone and/or computer. You can do this when you receive the link to class; it should only take a few minutes!
Review & save your enrollment confirmation email:
  • Includes instructions on how to join the Zoom class
  • Emails are sent to the email address you use for Pike13
  • If it does not appear in your inbox, check your filters and make sure this email will go to your inbox for future classes.
Start Class:
  • Follow the link in your enrollment confirmation email to open Zoom and get set up to start class!
  • Your microphone and camera are set to automatically be on when you enter (people will hear and see you) – you can control your audio and video once in the class
  • We start classes with intros, share pronouns if folx want to answer, and a fun simple ice breaker question to get to know each other.
  • Coaches focus on providing individualized attention, including any modifications you need to get the most out of your training

We will return to the field, and when we do, you’ll be ready! We’ll focus on strength/power/agility movements in this class, using a blend of our virtual Gym-Free programming and adapted gym-based exercises!

No need for equipment, just a little bit of space to move your body. This class will focus on bodyweight movement and creative ways to link them together in order to work on control, balance and mind/body connection.

This class is designed to use very little equipment and space to make the most of what you have at home. We’ll focus on full body strength circuits, as well as incorporating some mobility for quality movement patterns to set you up for success.

Yoga Flow is an invigorating full-body movement class that incorporates standing postures, core work, and range of motion exercises — all while coordinating breath to movement. This class is designed to build strength, endurance, and physical and mental awareness.

The classes are low impact and incorporate all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core strength and stability, controlled movement, and flexibility.
