Zoom

All classes require a membership plan or you can pay to drop-in.


Enroll in class:
  • Sign up ahead of time (at least 4 hours prior to the class start time, 12 hours ahead for 9am or earlier sessions) - if no one is enrolled the instructor reserves the right to cancel the class
  • If you cannot make it to a class you enrolled in, please remove yourself from the class.
  • Check the class description for equipment needed (and ideas on how to make equipment out of things you already have)
  • Make sure you have the Zoom app downloaded to your phone and/or computer. You can do this when you receive the link to class; it should only take a few minutes!
Review & save your enrollment confirmation email:
  • Includes instructions on how to join the Zoom class
  • Emails are sent to the email address you use for Pike13
  • If it does not appear in your inbox, check your filters and make sure this email will go to your inbox for future classes.
Start Class:
  • Follow the link in your enrollment confirmation email to open Zoom and get set up to start class!
  • Your microphone and camera are set to automatically be on when you enter (people will hear and see you) – you can control your audio and video once in the class
  • We start classes with intros, share pronouns if you want, and a fun simple ice breaker question to get to know each other.
  • Coaches focus on providing individualized attention, including any modifications you need to get the most out of your training

Different coaches use varied equipment (kettlebells, barbells, bands, dumbbells, etc) to focus on building strength with an emphasis on form. If you’re joining class on Zoom, your coach will offer options for exercises according to the equipment you have.

Yoga Flow is an invigorating full-body movement class that incorporates standing postures, core work, and range of motion exercises — all while coordinating breath to movement. This class is designed to build strength, endurance, and physical and mental awareness.
