Terms and conditions for Membership ($175 Flexible Pricing)

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

This is an automatic reoccurring payment. You are responsible for managing your account - we DO NOT issue refunds.

You will be billed on the day of your purchase and then every month on that same day (Example: If your purchase day is August 12th, you will be billed on the 12th of every month). You can change or cancel your membership by logging into your account or by emailing striveanduplift@gmail.com.

We DO NOT issue refunds for plans that are not canceled or changed before your next bill date.

For other events, such as courses, clinics, or workshops, check our pricing for those particular services.

ENROLLMENTS & CANCELATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

By signing these terms & agreements you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the enrollment & cancelation policies on our website.

A summary of the enrollment & cancelation policy is provided below.

  • Please cancel your enrollment as soon as you know you cannot make it. If it is within 24 hours, email us so we can open the spot.

  • Late cancelations (made within 24 hours of a session) and no-shows (do not attend an enrolled session) will incur a $20 fee.

  • Coaches may cancel sessions or appointments due to adverse weather, activation of COVID exposure procedures, or coach illness. In the event of this kind of cancelation, clients will not be charged.

  • Life happens! Every person is allowed 1 late cancelation per year (for no charge).

COVID POLICY & PROCEDURES TERMS & CONDITIONS

By signing these terms & agreements you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the COVID Policies & Procedures on our website.

A summary of the COVID policy & procedure is provided below - mask, vaccination, and other information that is subject to change and will be updated on our website for your convenience.

  • Please do not participate in-person services if:

    • You are not feeling well or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms (coughing, fever, shortness of breath, etc.)

    • You have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact (within 6 feet of an infected person for a total of 15 minutes within a 24-hour period) with an infected person.

    • If you need to cancel an existing reservation on short notice due to illness or COVID-19, please email striveanduplift@gmail.com to let us know and we will waive the late cancellation fee.

MEMBER CONTENT AND OTHER RESOURCES

If you're hoping to follow along with recorded classes right away, please email us at striveanduplift@gmail.com to let us know you just signed up for a membership and want access to the Member Content! We'll get you set up as soon as we're able; our website manager generally works weekdays.
