Terms and conditions for 10 Class Punch Card
Payment: Punch cards are a one-time payment at the time of issuance. If you pay by card, your card will remain on the file but will not be charged unless you choose to purchase another punch card or upgrade to an unlimited membership.
Expiration: Punch cards are non-transferable, nonrefundable, and expire 4 months from purchase.
Sign up ahead of time: Use the Pike13 app or go to our website to secure a spot in a class. A punch card does not guarantee you a spot in a class.
No Show: Any classes you schedule and do not attend are considered a No Show and will be deducted from your punch card.
