  • Gym Access: Access to strength training equipment to use on your own during, as well as the larger turf (depending on availability), including games on the turf like goalty or mini during business hours.
  • Classes: Exercise in a group environment through strength training, plyometrics, core stability workouts, and cardio with our classes
  • Courses: Multi-week programs led by one of our certified coaches. They focus on progression and small class sizes for a spotlighting a variety of skill sets. Drop in rates are available for certain classes but full course enrollment is preferred.

Kettlebells are an extremely versatile tool for strength and conditioning! This class is primarily strength endurance and metabolic conditioning, with a focus on body balancing and injury reduction.

We work hard, we pick up heavy stuff, we swing kettlebells. We work through a periodized strength/power program, and encourage each other to lift outside of class. We have fun!!

Blended lifting and conditioning workout. Perfect for field sport athletes and folks who want to get a mix of strength and cardio out of their visit!

These small group classes (8 students max) are led by a certified instructor and are ideal for beginners to advanced students. The classes are low impact and incorporate all the key principles of Pilates such as postural alignment, breathing, core strength and stability, controlled movement, and flexibility. Exercises may also be combined with other props such as weights, balls, bands and magic circles. Because of the small class size, we are able to give participants hands-on attention and make appropriate modifications for each student’s ability. When the body is equipped with good core strength, movements are more efficient and the body is better protected against injury!
